JHD: The minute the UST filed the Motion to Shorten in Dec, it was a kink in the plan for Weil. Weil has to oppose. Now THJMW will not sign-off on settlement until EC is in agreement. The members are probably entralled in major presentations all day today, tomorrow and so on. If you think about it, they are 16 months behind. They are now in CRAMMING MODE ! LOL!
