Kennedy Spaceport at Cape Canaveral will handle vertical commercial launches and Cecil will be wooing operators who will use their 12,500' runway for piggy-back launches such as those which Richard Branson (Virgin Atlantic) has funded using a Bert Rutan designed and built composite aircraft/spacecraft combo.
