According to the "Jacksonville Business Journal" today, Cecil Field in Jacksonville has been approved by the Feds as a commercial spaceport. This is the airport where Quasar has proposed to have a jet flight school transition operation.
Don't have any idea if Quasar has any plans to exploit this, just thought it was interesting info.
