**Weil's objection should not have any effect on the stock price. We all knew their position loud and clear on 12/18, we know for whatever reason, even with the NOL refunds and billions in potential litigation results, that WMI does not want to pay a dime to common shareholders.
The good news is for the preferred shares, as Weil barely mentioned them and focused all efforts on Commons. They know after SJ, the NOL refund there will be enough to cover a large percentage of those.
However, for the stock to really move north we need Walrath to deny this nonsense. Let's hope it isn't an 'ASAP' decision and more of 'tomorrow' decision, lol...
