25.1 Billion total possible - 11.7 Billion = 13.4 Billion

13.4 Billion / 1.7 Billion Outstanding shares = 7.88$ Maximum total share price. This includes the completely separate 13 Billion FDIC lawsuit which will most likely take years to complete. Without it subtract 13 Billion and you are left with .4 Billion.
