I'll be honest here and say that every CEO and company always says they're shooting to become more transparent. Very few companies actually uplift, or even become fully reporting pinks.

I think its bull. Why should we care about financials right now unless there are partnerships happening??? There isn't any revenue to report. We have no cash, and no product.

I want news on where the company is heading. Who we are partnering with to get this done, and an update on the fuel cell which is the only thing that will make us a company. JEEZ, JD is starting to look worse and worse here people.

That's the worst update I've had from JD. Very confused CEO if you ask me. He has the same story each time which is good, but the fact that he can't get the right CPA, then last minute the guy pulls through doesn't say too much about these financials that are unaudited. I'm not telling anyone to jump ship here, but I mean what's next an update that financials are completed but his dog ate them?
