Some facts.

Jobs are not real. They are being dreated on a free posting site. IIT allows 30 free posting, so anyone could be posting these bogus needs.

FYI: Indeed does not post jobs they scrape or parse from other sites.

The jobs posted on IITjobs.com reflect posting that are searching for positions that SoftNet never filled. The site also is using some poor excuse of a SoftNet logo.
