SIAF can't even get to the OTC-BB! Think about that while you pump it. And why can't they get on the OTC-BB after many months of trying? Not sure if it is their audit that is holding them up. But that simple fact that is a huge red flag for me. Sure it can go up more but there might be a very bad day coming up in the future. And as far as the dividend goes I think it is a way of distracting people from them not getting on the OTC-BB. All IMO just pointing out another side from all the pumping.
