I really don't think Peter can/will have any control in this matter at all. I also think Ameritrade is giving you the business. They should call that gut at the DTCC (name and PH # were on that DTCC notice). He could explain to them what "custodial services" are and what his notice means. It said right at the bottom: if you have questions, please call.
