OK - I may try it next week - the part that scares me is the news part. With the news being top secret in the courts and behind closed doors, it will be somewhat going on faith that the news will be current. Yahoo seems to have both sides, but I don't know how to make sure there is not any good news prior to selling.

I like the idea of just selling 1/3 of my position, that risk I think I can handle.
