Is this a technical/outguess the sheep in advance of a news event (like PDUFA date) trade? Presumably the plan would be to exit prior to the conference in that event. I am assuming that given your view that their drug is "damaged goods" that you continue to believe no one would partner with them so you are not expected actual good news (at least of that kind) at the JPM conference.
