Marc...I did that yesterday...opened an account/faxed ACAT & included the DTC letter circling the part that said:

As a result of an SEC Litigation Release, DTC has suspended all services, except Custody Services, for the below referenced issues. The suspension is effective September 30, 2009.

My questions is: will Zecco contact me by email or phone when they invariably say TDA is holding my shares ransom?
Like Pammy & others...I will not take this lying down...been waiting way too long. Got my initial investment back...but
need to realize some true profits on my freebies too...while holding some longer term. Putting on my war headdress for
upcoming battle.
