yeah im not following.... please help if the company 1 is putting out a pr and it dosent happen my bad yur full of dodoo 2 the company means well but keeps slippin. weelll thats no better. so either way. its not a bullish sign to me when things just keep getting pushed forward. increase os, lack of transparentcy etc.

ok dean its coming up on a month with nothing so... was there ever the 350? or there was but your expectations on closing were wrong again? my question is how do you secure 350 million without 1) the lenders dd 2) your own dd?
