SPARKS, Nev., Nov 10, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Dick Masica has joined SulphCo, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SLPH), as a consultant providing expertise in negotiating the company's major licensing agreements.

Masica served as past president of Texaco Chemical Inc., a role he assumed after serving as Vice President-Business Management of Texaco Chemical Company. "We are very pleased to have Dick on board with us. His industry expertise and negotiating skills will be invaluable to our efforts in securing licensing agreements," said Rudolph Gunnerman, SulphCo Chairman and CEO.
