Simple Question :

How is it possible we closed under a penny today? I mean I hate to compare apples to lemons but another "popular" stock on IHUB trading on the Greys and under SEC investigation with a similar share count closes at .04! I smell MM manipulation!

Someone enlighten me... Anyone???
