As stated in the PR for December, they have no plans to do an R/S. There is no requirement for a sustained PPS on the OB. On the major markets, yes. There, anything below a $1 will eventually become delisted unless actions are taken to correct (after a hearing).

I do believe an R/S will be in the future at some point but not until the company is WELL under way and is profitable.
