It doesn't matter if I am a share-holder or not. That's the thing is I can see this case though non rose colored glasses because I took a step away from the madness and honestly re-evaluated what was likely to happen based on all real numbers. The facts themselves do not look pretty for commons and definitely aren't a sure thing for preferred holders either.

The only ones that are going to see a decent payday in my opinion is the Bondholders and WAHUQ holders they will see 100% and 33$ respectively but the P and K holders may or may not see money. It's really all up in the air at this point and non of the classes of stock are really that attractive from a risk/reward standpoint.

I'm not sure if Bonderman even cares too much at this point since he's worth about 1.7 Billion and is 66 years old... he has plenty of money for the rest of his life IMO and doesn't need a single cent.
