I think that is indeed his plan....to RS and get the share structure to a manageable level, and then get news flowing fast and hard to maintain the PPS. When I spoke to him last year, June I think, he said if he does another RS, it would ONLY be done when he was positive the PPS would not only maintain itself, but climb. I hope that is still the case. He said he felt like sh!t for having to do the last RS, and for whatever reason, I actually believe that he did feel bad. Fingers crossed myself my friend. I hope this works out well for all of us.
