I believe they are targeting an uplist to .ob once they have secured the 3.5M loan, which according to the company should be done any day now if it hasn't already....Brian stated no RS, but then mixed it in with wording on the last PR that made me believe it will be: announcement of 3.5M loan, reverse split to uplist, release a lot more news....all IMO.
