does seem to add credence to the notion that the share count is maxed out, if the company can't seem to produce certificates, doesn't it?
That's what I'm starting to think is the actual case here myself. And with Dragon finding the 5000:1 preferred voting rights, it is starting to seem rather sketchy to me. They are obviously putting a majority stake in future votes for a reason....
