Dave...you make a good point there...it's not a done deal yet, and there are many outs here...still, I really like the news, and with gold at $1,400 later this year, the timing of a closed deal in late spring couldn't be better.

I also very much like the name: Mineral Ridge Gold...

It'll play nicely later on...
