I agree with everyones concern about IR. I'm thinking and I could be wrong but I would like to know what we have in-house as far as staff that already answers the phone "Hello, thank you for calling BEHL. My name is ______, How can I help you?". Can they find someone in-house that can be informed how to handle investment knowledge and can this be done before re-newing a contract via out-sourcing. I would like to see the cost be with-in payroll. I don't tink Dale can answer questions better than the board can relate to one in-house individual.
