My read on the situation ... the JV was signed, but is not closed, it is dependent on, among other things, financing being obtained by Scorpio. This may be a done deal, but until it is closed, I think investors will take a wait and see. Here's the 8K filed yesterday, has some interesting stuff in there about superior offers for Mineral Ridge, and Scorpio's right to match:
