Frankly, I think he is correct about the WOWGREEN deal involving just a controlling interest. Not so sure that this is solely a preferreds deal. Maybe it is also a cash infusion through a (dilutive) placement of commons.

The point is that WOWGREEN is for real. GRBG was only tenuously for real before this, but WOWGREEN's involvement means that it now is for real as well.

And against this backdrop GRBG is selling for a pittance. IF the WOWGREEN deal--IN ANY FORM--is really going to happen, then I think this is an easy triple in the near term.
