At the time the we were talking to the government about funding that was before the PPM's. We thought we could get the financing from elsewhere and still have the government as a customer. Also, we didn't have the number of products on drawing board as we do now. We only had the prototype Anti-virus, not even the SUEZ technology, but the SOS technology. The government was going to be our biggest customer, so we decided to not take the grants from the government. That's when we had the PPM's to raise capital.
