Interest rates are still extremely cheap. Look back at the 80s! HELLO. Anytime you can get a home loan around 5% that is fantastic. As interest rates begin to rise, there will be more lenders!!!! Higher interest rates ATTRACT MORE BIG MONEY TO LOAN. Think think think! As a financier would you rather have a higher interest rate or lower interest rate?
