An 8K is an SEC Filing that a company, in this case Performing Brands, would file as a material event. Many times a company will file a PR through a News Service and then follow up with the same info in SEC 8K Filing.

The 8K that we are all looking for is the Reverse Merger into PFOB.

That filing will rock this board like a storm at sea.
