One of the parties that's listed as the secretary, Linda MacDonald, appears to work for a company out of Canada called Noye Enterprises, Inc., which deals with maintenance & construction for the Petroleum Industry, and who are not publicly traded as of yet. Could this be a reverse merger in the works?
