Malc, there are still t's to be crossed and i's dotted before the deal is done. Today's news was a revision to the terms of the deal, which means they're making good progress, but there still needs to be a shareholder vote. If that drags on, there might be some good sub-.50 (or better) entries to be had prior to the vote, which should be approved without issue.

Solid DD combined with timeliness and conviction is a recipe for profits.
