Wells Notice - a notification from a regulator that it intends to recommend that enforcement proceedings be commenced against the prospective respondent. The notice references, in broad-strokes, the violation that the Staff believes has occurred.
that's correct ..and spongy has a limited time to submit the wells submission to the SEC .. if not they go to trial .. if they settle before they go to trial .. its better for the share holders
there is no way out for spongy
settle or go to trial
stick around and we will see who is right
and in the eyes of the SEC . the company is behind in the periodic filings since 2008 ( the redo's not done ) and the charges clearly covers the " failure to file rules "
