No .04 is the bottom - If the Wells Notice didn't shake the tree - nothing will - I think The NSS and legit shorts from .01 - .03 from 10 months ago are buying today and covering at a loss - Pike or SPNG or somebody else will buy anything and everything at .04 to prevent shorts from covering at break-even or a profit. This is without a doubt - the bottom - an is a buying oppertunity if you can stomach the risk. JHMO
