Hi Max,

Food for thought.

Many longs here have wanted the truth about the company be it good or bad. The Wells is, without question, a means of aiding in bringing that information.

You may be right about the trade range today but my guess (and this is purely speculation) is that we might see a slight drop from retailers who veiw the wells as being only a bad thing. If this becomes a reality it will not last very long because the amount of freightend retailers will ad up to nothing compared to the greedy that are either:

A) facing a squeeze near term

B) in the know and will suck up the shares cheap

C) not in the know but can't figure out why so many
are still working so hard to see the stock crash (me)

The above referenced will be the buyers today

watch the volume!

I do think the lines of communication will begin to reopen for the investors in the near term. The company is in a strange position as of now. Releasing financials while in such a restrictive trading environment could cost the shareholder. Waiting to release at the time of the return to the OTCBB seems to be where FINRA has them by the shorthairs.
