With what i have been told ben will reduce the authorized shares down to meet the warrants. He will keep a few above the warrants for acquisitions. The warrants will become part of the float after one year. I think we will end up with a OS of 250 mil.

If every thing works right we should see close to 250 mil in revenue this year. I could be wrong but i don't think so.
