I agree of course it was a good thing to do a RS and uplist as soon as possible. This guy states that most of the others did uplist without a RS but that is not true. In fact most of the companies which did uplist this year did it through a small RS and very few already had a share price which did qualify them on their own.

Anyway the far more interesting thing is his comments about the new SEC regulations on china companies. Anybody know what this guy is talking about?
