Not surprised at all. These guys are cooked meat and I am sure their attorney has notified them of as much. The best they will be able to hope for in my opinion is a reduced prison sentence. I believe we will see the DOJ go after them like a bear after honey. Moskowitz is as much a con man as any crook who ever tried to pump a scam. No financial filings since it all blew up is a sign that they plan to clam up.

Cooked books, forged legal opinion letters. False press releases. Laundered money. Incestuous dealings. Sale of unregistered securities. Wash trading programs. Shills set up to buy test markets. This is a total sham.
