Howard, once again I ask for the basis of this hunch. Could you please clarify your pre-emptive strike therefore meritless theory regarding contract law? I'm not familiar with the defense: Your honor they picked a bad time to sue me therefore it is obviously a meritless cause of action. Is it associated with the liar liar pants on fire defense!! Howard, seriously, can you offer any observation based on some factual understanding of what's going with our company!! By the way, your 2nd to the last posting regarding the meritless nature of the suit is also wrong. It's illegal for "BIG" shareholders to dump stock based on knowledge of an impending law suit or any knowledge not made available to the general public. The fact that large shareholders haven't dumped is more likely due to the fact that such an action is illegal and that eventually after years of litigation the stock might one day be worth something again.
