I would agree with you but that is a concern that has always been there and is always there with every bio. It is very unlikely that the level of improvement seen in the mexico trials is a result of patient selection or dr error if the dr's are as good as we believe. Nothing has changed in that regard those trials. That trial data was defended by dew and others more then once.

I still see only one issue here. Is Levitt hiding safety issues. FDA concerns or PK trial results.

Nothing else has changed. Dew has mentioned the financing. Again a good point. Why not wait until all PK testing done. Are they making a stronger hand when dealing with partners, are they worried of marginal data in PK testing having an impact on raising cash, ever see a bio with enough money, are they hiding safety concerns that will impact their ability to raise cash, etc.... This can be argued from both sides.

If we believe the Mexico data, and it seemed to me everyone did up until the 10mg dose surfaced, then why are we suddenly questioning those trial results?
