Thanks for your civil discussion, much better than name calling and the RB mentality that gets no one anywhere. I have no more comments until after the next PR as my opinion has been clearly laid out.

Dave, you need to go back and read what I wrote Rich said about the secureview production. As I understand it the # of secureviews produced by SEVU (some 200 in next 2 weeks) merely complement those made by outside contractors. They are doing exactly as you suggest: getting paid for those shipped and using funds to build new ones.
