Ok; so what are the possible outcomes?

Slap on the wrist fines to stock revocation?

I don't think management was ever "squeeky" clean but the bottom line is that there IS a viable, money-making company here; that fact can't be denied and I don't believe the company itself will just "disappear", do you?
