Hi Keith.. I'm not challenging, just asking. What "does" make us think the joint venture is the same arrangement as Berlin. I believe that's a fair question. I have been doing research, especially after it started to occur to me that the Berlin Project was going to be cut into slices and that LLEG was NOT the sole owner. I mentioned that BEFORE the application with the chart. Sure enough, I was right and it is down to 37.5% ownership (money flowing to) LLEG at best. Re-Reading the PRs makes me wonder what way the money slices in the new projects. If there is a reason to believe that it is 37.5%, I very much would like to know what that is based on. I believe I have read about all that can be read on LLEG and I have no way of knowing what the slice is in the new projects. At this point I do not believe there is any other information out ther except to "wonder" and ask "why do you think that." If there is something solid to make us believe this I want it! So anybody that has a line on how the money flows in the Massachusetts Projects besides just hoping or saying, I really am interested!
