Rock : To my understanding the private , non-tradeable ETC dividend can be forwarded to your Brokerage Account . I have received public , non-tradeable dividends from other stocks over the years ; the premise being that those dividends MAY be publicly tradeable one day .

The fact that ETC will have stock should qualify the dividend to be placed into your Account on the premise that ETC MAY be publicly tradeable one day .

Of course , CEO JDB may elect to have the ETC Dividend given out in Certificate Form , but those Certificates would be mailed to the Brokerage Firm who would then mail them to respective shareholders .
Under NO circumstances would the ETC Dividend be mailed directly from the Company to individual shareholders .
