Zeev,
Do you have an OB for VECO, or are you just waiting for the dust to settle after the merger closes (whenever that will be!)?

Also, have you taken a look at EMC lately? Market value of around $14b, cash and securities of about $5.5b, granted their cost structure is still probably too high, but they've been making moves to lower it and emphasize high margin software sales (last year around $1.6b, I think) both through internal development and buying software firms. It probably has some downside left, could get to 4-5 I'm guessing if we don't get your rally here, but it is starting to look interesting to me.
