Here is the April 20th 2000 post #reply-13483082 (suggesting a lengthy bear market with the Dow in the range of 6000 to 13500 and the Naz from 1900 to 5300 (since then I reduced the bottom target by 50% to 950). I agree with you that the bottom might be in, but I'll wait a little longer to seek a better redeployment point. I did just get IDPH here at $41.14 a nice $1.26 discount.
