i just spoke to mr donahue, he was so cut and dry, and professional, felt i like i was talking to a seasoned lawyer. he understands whatever comes out of his mouth is in public domain!
he dind graduate from high school yesterday, or he is working on his GED, during his lunch break.

--no withdrawals or cancellations of contracts as of dec 15 (based on the info which is public record).

--4th quarter release is with in 90 days after the first day of the year

--Socious loan is intact, they may or may not use it, but its accessible at their whim....as little or as much as they need it. i repaeat its CASH waiting in the freezer for them!

--they dont follow online boards, nor does a serious company care.
they dont care who pallotis is, nor do i! (last part was my input)

--their office is still in conn, and nj, and various post through out the country.

---they have contractors that build the equipment, that mean they do not build it in the basements of their offices....lol
