the post does not run the SEC ...

the SEC decided the company needed to be investigated for securities fraud ..

the SEC does not suspend and launch a formal fully reporting companies without reason .. no matter how badly people want to believe so ..

the company announced the 10k would be filed by Oct 16th .. in the press release announcing the suspension along with the 2008 redo's
.. no filings have submitted since Feb 2009
