Well the videoconference went off on time and I am not sure where to even begin, it was also over 2 hours long. I can say that it is my opinion that the AV is without a doubt real. I did sign an NDA so I cannot comment on the AV or describe it as per Mr. Kampa, I REALLY WISH I COULD SAY MORE ON THIS BUT I CANNOT. IMO Scott has out done himself and really is brilliant. I can see why Scott is not into all the management stuff. As soon as we started talking
numbers, plans, management, etc… he lost interest but could not have been more passionate when talking about the AV. It turns out Scott is just a big geek when it comes to computers and that seems to be all he is interested in. Mr. Kampa and others are about numbers and getting the PPS up. They did discuss that the PPS is way undervalued and it is IMO that they have a way to get it up to new highs. The oil wells as disclosed in the 10Q it seems as though it was a last ditch effort by Regan and Mr. Kampa was not a part of it. They also think it might be worth more than it is currently valued at and IMO they are looking at selling it off ASAP. I looked at the numbers and if the property were to be sold off at current value it would basically cancel current debts with some money left over and that would be beyond great for us. I believe the oil donor is an investor and that’s very comforting to me at least because it seems to me that many people are looking out for EXBX and failure is far from ever happening. I was given a demo on Exodetect and Exoprotect also. Exoprotect is basically a domain watch that helps prevent things that are accidentally posted on a website, prevents the leak before it occurs and Exodetect finds it once it gets out. It is IMO that patents are a big thing and we should all watch for news on that, I REALLY WISH I COULD SAY MORE ON THIS BUT I CANNOT. I believe they are looking at more shares being returned and seems like he has some very good plans on handling the PPS and for once getting us some major returns while keeping the PPS up. Mr. Kampa has told me that obviously numbers, revenue, values, etc… are what will get a company’s PPS up, keep it up and prevent the slow and painful drop we all have experienced. Also I believe Scott is and has been giving many demonstrations on the AV and I would assume it has been to other investors. During the conference I can say that a gentleman whose name I cannot say was participating and he is a finance guy that IMO was way more than impressive, very knowledgeable, well spoken and seemed more excited than anyone. He was great and talked to me like I mattered, lol. I was able to participate and speak which was great because I thought it would be more sit in the corner, listen and keep your mouth shut (for me that is). Sam Van Ryder is IMO very, very good. Sam definitely is a salesman and made me want to buy something from him, lol. I was upper management in banking / finance for many years and have dealt with many salesmen and Sam is IMO one of the best, explains his credentials and all the success he has had. IMO Sam could go anywhere and not have to give EXBX a second thought. Sam I can say is out of the country right now and took time out to spend 2 hours with us. I have spoken to Mr. Wirtz on many occasions lately and I really have to say he is not only very nice but is committed 1000% to EXBX and IMO has always done what’s best for EXBX success and to keep our investment safe. He has explained many things to me and really wish I was able to speak to him some time ago. It would appear to me that he has actually done much more for us than we know and unfortunately has not received credit for it. IMO anyone that attends the January 5, 2010 meeting should thank him for all his hard work. IMO he has saved us from many things and really does have us at heart. I was hoping he was going to go soon and Mr. Kampa would replace him but now after talking to him, seeing what I have seen, understanding what has transpired and knowing what he has done for us I would hope he stays. I have been very outspoken about Dillon and Regan. Dillon IMO was hoping he could pull a rabbit out of his hat and make this work. IMO Dillon knew what needed to be done but was not connected to the right people and was just not able to get the job done. Regan although I never spoke to him was just wrong in all aspects of management and IMO had no idea what he was doing. When I spoke to Gary some time ago everything he said was about himself, Sam and Ted. Kevin I think was more like sit in the corner, listen and keep your mouth shut. I cannot say enough about Mr. Kampa and hope all that attend the January 5, 2010 meeting get the same feeling. He is very competent and knowledgeable. He is what EXBX has always needed IMO. I really wish I could go and see him talk and listen to what he has to say. He is more straight forward and less the dog and pony show that Dillon was, however the meeting with everyone was very relaxed and they were all very impressive. I would say the people involved now are the best we have had and will get this done and the right way. I would say that yes it will probably be about 12 months for us to be at a level that will max our PPS out until the AV revenues hit. I think the PPS is going to start moving up soon and I really do not think it will be a few cents here and there, I think we will be moving in more strides. I did ask Mr. Kampa what he thought the PPS was going to do and he said he had his thoughts but would not tell me and trust me I begged a lot and he laughed a lot. Before we hung up Scott and I were just talking and he told me I was one of a very few that knows what I know and that I was not to tell anyone about it or he would erase my identity so that I never existed, lol. When I ran the numbers on the oil wells we should have went to around .80 cents or so, however once all the debts owed, etc… were deducted we are trading about where we should because this is all the market knows. I believe we will go to .80 or more and IMO is very realistic and not too far off base in the very near future. It is IMO that Mr. Kampa knows we are way undervalued and even stated so in his interview he did not too long ago and is going to do something about it.
Scott and I were talking and I can say he really has not benefited from all of this 1 bit yet. Not only has he given up all his shares but he has lost a lot more in his personal life than we all know. I was under the impression that maybe he was just lousy with finances and living large, it is the total opposite and he has sacrificed his personal life for EXBX and us. It is not my business to disclose his personal life so I will not say what sacrifices he has made but IMO I am not sure I would have done what he has done for EXBX and investors that most are strangers to him. After talking to Scott I can say that he is not what I thought and was accusing him of sometime ago. He is very down to earth, humble and just the kind of guy you would want to hang around with and have as a friend.
Sam did inform me that they have Channel Partners and some are geared strictly towards the Government. Sam told me the response to the current products has been very positive and no negative feedback. He did tell us about pricing, the basic package is 30,000 searches a month and it is about $1,000 a search and they can customize the packages to what he called a project search which would be about 120,000 searches a month. Sam told us that the project searches are a little cheaper than the $1,000 charged on the basic package. Mr. Kampa is well up to speed on EXBX and was upfront with the other gentleman about the past problems on EXBX and it did not bother him at all after what we just had seen and were told he was IMO very impressed and asked a lot of questions, seemed to me that he knows what he is talking about and was very technical at times with Scott.
Mr. Kampa and Scott explained that they have been talking to OSR and things are moving ahead. Scott told me the OSR timeline is about 16 months for all the products to be completed and with some extra money OSR told them they could shave 4 to 6 months off of that time frame. Scott told me that OSR is really the only one that could do this and they charge the price of a Ferrari for their work.
Sorry this is all jumbled up but I was trying to take notes on sticky’s and they are all over the place, lol. I am sure I forgot a lot here and if I remember anything I will post it.
I really hope many RSVP to attend the January 5, 2010 shareholder meeting and report back. After tonight's meeting I am looking forward to the new year and especially the first quarter I think is going to be exciting.
