When exactly do you imagine these filings are coming. I said before it resumed trading that you would not see a re-audited 10K before the end of the year. There are now 2 business days left before that particular prediction is 100% correct.

I also said I do not expect to see a re-audited 10K before the end of the first quarter of 2010. I am almost half way to that one being right as well.
