I'm not sure I agree with you that what helps MandM necessarily helps us. Not if they have committed fraud or criminal acts. Of course, I do not believe they have, but assuming they have, then I would prefer the SEC remove them from their positions and insert honest officers into their places. Collect any monies they can from them and return it to the company. Then allow the company to file the financial statements, continue producting products, and making profits. Perhaps look for a buyout on our behalf. Put up for a vote by the common shareholders. Strip the criminals of all of their shares in this company....those are the logical results of any finding of wrongdoing by the officers, and any delay once such findings were established beyond a reasonable doubt would make the SEC in collusion with those criminals. Same goes for Robison and Hill if they have found any fraud...to protect themselves from liability they would necessarily need to inform the SEC immediately. Any delay would put them and their company at risk. So they would have a record of such a notice given to the SEC. This would put the SEC at risk for any delay. All of this would come out in any court proceeding. The whole thing snowballs. The conspiracy becomes quite large if any cover up of wrong doing is going on. Every single person keeping quiet with knowledge of wrongdoing is at risk. Is that believeable? Not to me.
