Spoke with company this morning at offices in Scotch Plains.
Patent is close to completion.
No Socius money has been used yet, so no warrants have been exercised, so no dilution of new shares issued as I understand it.
Management will have to get on a stock selling plan before they can sell? None selling as of now?
Employees who were paid in stock have been selling as we would expect. Hard to buy groceries with stock certificates.
New Green Healthcare Financial Solutions lease company will allow hospitals to be invoiced monthly...much easier for hospitals from an accounting standpoint,no depreciation,no upfront capital required.
Our systems are assembled...we do not manufacture. Most are custom ordered for the customer, then built by the component manufacturer, shipped to the site, and installed.
