conf call info....I got bumped also.....here is my understanding of what was stated..... there will be a merger/aquisition announcement next week.....no stock will exchange or dilute in this action....it's a cash positive company with 6 employees and 140 some agents/reps and other non-salaried people......in a similar biz.....looks like a win-win
